I love how slow and controlled your Pilates classes are compared to others. Personally, I enjoy slower workouts than hard and fast. This coupled with running is PERFECTION

Was not ready for how intense this could be, but so much in 10min, this is great, but I may need a Pilates push-up tutorial lol. Thank you for this quick sweat. It was intentional and intense. This is one is one you get up from just KNOWING the abs are popping for sure now lol 😂 thank you 🙏🏾

After a long period of no motivation, I wanted to do a short and sweet workout video to start my day! Found yours and really enjoyed it! The movements were simple but powerful. I really enjoyed your quote about God at the end, it felt very motivating! I’m challenging myself to make this video apart of my morning routine so I can improve on the movements (especially the pushups) 🎉❤😊

My friends are tired of me telling them how you are my favourite person to do work outs with. Your workouts are superb.

I struggled with the exercise that had the switching weights because my neck was straining. Any advice to make the neck feel better when doing this?

Hey Arianna!!! This is the first time I’ve ever done Pilates and it was so refreshing! I always wanted to do strength training but all that heavy lifting is too intense for me, it feels like a chore to do. 🙃 I recently realized that Pilates is just more intense yoga, and I see now why you’ve been so into it lately!!! Would love to see more shorter sessions like this, really great for getting some movement in during the morning. 🫶🏽 Also, I loved your pace throughout this workout.
