Your boundaries won’t scare the right people away.
My boundaries weren’t created to offend you. They were created to honor me.
Setting boundaries will never end a good connection, only a bad one.
Boundaries are an invitation for us to have a better relationship with each other.
I would rather adjust my life to your absence than adjust my boundaries to accommodate your disrespect.

Keara this video was basically so in line with my life lately i love it.
Specially cuz i've just had a conversation with my partner about self-love and acts of giving overall; and I feel like i share your view to a big extent. In the realm of boundaries, people are still going to disrespect "many parts of you", unless you establish clear limits...and also agree is harder with family as we tend to think we owe them something (?)

What I’m about to say here is my very deepest hidden feeling, that I have been feeling but I’ve been feeling this feeling for way too long of a time.

But um this feeling that I have is something that I can’t really fully control it, cuz um it’s jus something that constantly builds up ever a lot.

Like whenever i do see very beautiful women.

But I get overly whelmed like, so much that i jus can’t fully help it for being overly excited when i do see them.

But that builds up every time like whenever i do see them.

Hi keara, i would to ask something thats bothering me.
I really like a close girl friend of mine (ive known her for 1 month now) and she sort of knows i like her and shes also told me she finds me really cute and wants to know more about me. She acts really touchy and flirty in person but on text i feel like shes giving me the cold shoulder and not feeling like she has the need to talk. I dont know what to do, should i stop texting her as much and see if she really wants to purse something with me? should i just let it be for the texts and just talk to her in person?

You see love is a feeling it's the nerves that comes after heart heart is circulate your blood and oxygen around your body that is it's sole purpose you alive

Feeling comes from your nerves death what were your feelings comes from and if somebody your heart gets an attack defend your body protect itself

Your heart keeps your body regulated and live your blood around your body and night and that is what it's sole purpose is for
