The best of the best Mr Cunningham 🐐🐐🐐🐐 remember I will be at a academy team on the 5 of I don't know what to do when I train at home I always watch Mr Cunningham's training sessions but I must admit I'm not good with those 😭but I always play soccer at school and score some goals 🐐❤️I always watch how Mr Cunningham shoots a ball and I watch his techniques🐐❤️thx for that Mr Cunningham 🐐🐐

Another great video Michael.
The most important thing is that the player is using a ball to perform the exercises.
There are numerous ways to utilise a ball when developing the physical core, but to combine them with the ‘mental connection’ is a vital psychological connection to the ball-physical element.
It’s also good in a team environment too. I’ve run many a squad warm-up and physical session where I have asked for each player to perform an exercise using a ball and the rest copy them. The only challenge is that the exercise must be different to all others.
The fun that can be had from each player trying to come up with different exercises is hilarious but also psychologically good as all the players are trying hard to be next etc 😂
It also sets them up properly for the session ahead.
