I’m a teenager trying to regain some strength after quarantine laziness and this definitely helped. I’ll be coming back to this workout everyday because I want to feel good about my body again.

I've tried so many core workouts, and this is still my favorite one (and I'm not a mom). It's challenging enough that I get results (semi-toned abs!), but not so intense that my chronic low back pain flares up.

Sooo, I'm not the target demo for these videos but wanted a gentler ab work out as I tend to overdo my workouts.

This workout fit the bill. It's a really solid core workout in a short period of time, that protects my lower back.

Not even a mom but I love this video. First time working out with Anna and I already love her. I like how she talks through the workouts and doesn't count seconds, it helps me zone out. It's also a good one to repeat, I will be saving this!
