I've been doing this workout every single day for a week by now and I must say I'm so happy with the progress I've been through. My legs already look so much better after just one week and I've lost a healthy amount of weight as well.

This workout NEVER fails me!! I'm not the most consistent person when it comes to workouts so, when I start feeling bloated, I do this workout everyday for 2 weeks and it's like I never stopped. Last summer I received so many compliments on my body thanks to this workout. It's so awesome!! 🥰

I discovered you this past April and I can't thank you enough, I do your videos 5 days week and I have never felt better physically. I really like the fact that your voice over the workouts so you don't sound out of breath, which made the entire experience more relaxing. I love ur workouts. They are so different from others, and I love the atmosphere you create. It would be great to have a 30 minutes lean legs workout and 20-30 minutes just the booty workout. 🙏🙏🙏

This was great! Worked up a set in just one round! Only had time to do it once but still feel good. I think doing this twice would be a great workout
