I've been searching for 38 years for a meditation video that allowed my body, mind and soul to be at peace with it's self. Thankfully I just found it. The meditation has allowed me to welcome the silence and the pace, the long pause and no music in the background. It was then I was able to embrace natural sounds and rhythm my body which was a beautiful experience. I can’t thank you enough Declutter The Mind😌🧘🏾‍♀️

I've tried several guided meditations on the web. This one has been the most effective for me so far! What I like most is that there are long periods of complete silence. Not having any music helps. The instructions are sparse and simple.

The best part is no distracting music. I have tried many other meditations but every time same music just did not get me anywhere.Thanks for this quiet method to quieten the mind.
