Listen to this 20 minute guided meditation each day and explore the love and compassion within our hearts to find a state of relaxation and inner peace. 

By letting go of any negative, stagnant energy and focusing on the light and love within us, we will find protection from any external disturbances. Using our breath as an anchor in this present moment.

We will hold space for any emotions that have been holding us back, observing them with compassion and kindness and letting them go, allowing space for positivity and grounding. Finding deep clarity and sense of connection, and remembering that we are the light.

Mantra: Through love, I return home to my heart. I am loved, supported and guided.

As someone who wasn’t nurtured at all as a child and dealt with a lot of abuse. These past few months I have finally started working on loving myself and nurturing myself, being kind to myself. Thank you so much for this meditation. Tears started rolling as I pronounced the words “Through love, I return home to my heart…” in the mantra. I am not a perfect human being. I have caused hurt to others as I was hurt in the inside. Now realizing that my pain inside is only the Universe letting me know that I deserve love. Thank you for this beautiful reminder.

I struggle with racing and negative intrusive thoughts due to mental illness, and this video quieted them enough that i was able to focus on my breathing and remember the mantra for the duration of the meditation. That rarely happens. Thank you for giving me this moment of peace.

I have been struggling with emotion. Confused about what I feel for couple days now. Through this meditation I realized that it was because some people were mean to me at work and it’s not even my fault. It's their own mentality. They dimmed my light when I used to be the sunshine in the office. It's their problem, not mine. I realize I am surrounded by abundance, I’m loved, protected, supported and guided by God. A better job is coming. Thank you for this
