Just had a moment of an emotional breakdown. I sat with my emotions to learn them and digest them, as it came time to heal I put this on and it made me feel absolutely better. I had felt the zen moment of peace again. Thank you

Blessed be I'm so thankful I found this. I had a horrible emotional breakdown today and this helped me tremendously, usually I reach for alcohol to calm myself, but this is far better and seems to help the negative self-talk and thoughts. Thank you

I'm new to this whole meditation and self affirtmation thing. The last week has been one of the worst I have dealt with in recent years.

I legitimately cried during the affirmation phase, but this really helped. I am feelin calmer and more in control of my emotions and thoughts. I still have a long way to go before a reach a better state of mind, but this really helped calm me in a really bad moment.
