I love that quote. “See what wants to be seen. Listen to what wants to be listened to. To do this pause in the gap between thoughts”. That quote should be on a tshirt, poster, or billboard.

I will be dead honest with you... I thought this would be total BS... but it actually works! This is... really really weird. The burning sensation I had in my stomach was gone when I completed this whole thing. I feel... weird... in a good way. This was my first time ever trying this. Much love.

I’ve used this meditation many times and have found it really helps me relax. The voiceover is just right (I’ve found voices on other videos to be distracting) and the background music/tones are good too.

To be able to just be ...sometimes I feel like I hurt so much I cant breathe...my anxiety holds me in some kind of make_shift vice.. twisting and turning my stomach and mind into knots. It's almost unbearable. So to be able to find some clarity some stillness. To be able to just breathe...slowly....to pause that dread feeling into a sence of calm is really amazing 😊🌸🌸🌸thankyou ..it makes a difference....Michelle..x

Very peaceful and relaxing just what I needed for calming my racing negative thoughts. I always get them in the morning. I find meditations and positive affirmations so helpful.
