I’ve meditated before. However today I decided to do something different, I put a chair in the middle of my room, made it pitch black and sat. While listening to this I felt an extremely pleasant feeling as if my soul wanted to leave my body and I was just floating, existing. Amazing work thank you!

i love every meditation this page has to offer and it has helped my spiritual journey expand. i am so thankful for this channel. i started by doing 5 minute meditations, then 10, and i’m grateful to be doing 20 minute meditations now. i feel as if i am going deeper and deeper with each practice. thank you!

ive never been the kind of person to really feel anything out of meditations, guided or not. but this one was absolutely amazing. i cant even put it into words. i have ADHD and my thoughts are constantly all over the place and its like im having 5 conversations in my head all at once about every single twitch or itch while im trying to focus on the meditation. it's extremely distracting, especially during the long pauses. but i think the pauses genuinely helped. i used your voice as an anchor for my thoughts and whenever you started talking i would redirect my focus to your voice and my breathing. when it was quiet i trained myself to label my thoughts and feelings as thoughts and feelings and let them go. soon enough i was able to get from 5 thoughts to 3 to 2 to 1 and that was the most peace ive felt in a while. it felt like time had slowed and then at one point it also sped up but for the most part it slowed. these 20 minutes felt like 40 and maybe even an hour. my brain was getting really impatient because i couldnt tell when it was going to end but i decided to push through my impatience and keep going and im SO glad that i did. i had noticed that i lost feeling of my hands. i had forgotten if i positioned them on my hips or on the bed and i couldnt tell where they were. and then it spread through the rest of my body and it felt like i was floating and spinning through space and i felt this pressure in the front of my head and god it was so so so amazing. when i came out of the meditation it felt like my body was in this like state of hibernation almost and when i went to lift my arms it felt like there were bricks stacked on top of them. this was so relaxing i cant even begin to thank you for this 😭

will definitely be using this meditation forever❤️❤️❤️

This is exactly what I needed to start my morning, peaceful and freeing and relaxing it helped me to visualize myself as light as a feather, present and free and focused.
