Welcome to this 30-minute full-body yoga flow, to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their bodies while strengthening but might have tight shoulders, hips, and hamstrings and want to create a sense of freedom and open up their bodies.

We’ll begin with a brief meditation to draw the awareness inward, followed by a twisting standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hip flexors to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin. Practice at home, at the gym, or outdoors; no equipment is needed. By the end of the practice, you will feel refreshed, balanced, and light.

Ahhh, nothing I like better than seeing Topless Tim on a Monday to start off the week 😉 I get my cast off a week tomorrow and then I’ll be using a fracture boot while doing rehab and I’ll be able to do some chair yoga…looking forward to that! Namaste 🙏 Tim, you beautiful soul 🙏

I haven’t done parshva bakasana in a long time!
Wrists giving out as I’m turning 70. Years of arm balances have taken their toll.
Thanks for pronouncing ‘vertebra’ properly. It’s a pet peeve of mine that so many pronounce these Latin words incorrectly.
The British seem to always get it right!

Holy smokes 🔥🔥 I actually held side crow! I think it helped that I took my loose fitting tank off and I found I had better contact with skin so I didn't slip. I wouldn't feel comfortable doing this at the gym. Also, I have better mind body connection when I can see muscles and make posture corrections.
