I have been working out over 45 years. I don't believe anyone has the best workout for any body part. Those movements he is doing have been in existence since the 70's and before. These new fitness people need to quit stating they have found the BEST way to make this or that muscle group look better. No, you did not discover it, it was discovered long before you were thought of. No one can rediscover what has already been discovered. With that being said, he does have a great physique and young athletes should pay attention to body builders like this young man. Do what he does and you will look amazing too with exercise, cardio, weight lifting and good nutrition and hydration. PEACE

While doing preacher curl, turn ur palm inwards from the side of pinky finger. It will give u a great peak.
