Maddie, I've been exercising with your videos for quite some time already, when I'm off personal training. Your home workouts are just as intense as the ones with the PT! Your channel is my favorite. I wish you'd do more wrist friendly videos, since I suffer badly from carpal tunnel syndrome as a cook, and sadly a lot of exercises such as planks and pushups heavily rely on your wrist. Sending you much love for 2025!

Thanks for the shorter workouts!! I'm not sure if I'll ever have the strength to get to the longer ones but the 5-15 minute ones are just right for me ;-)

I’m gonna keep track so I stay consistent LOL

A lot of feeling in that 5 min! Well structured! On the bicycles, my toes reached the wall so I’d press off a little into tip-toe for added resistance—it was a lovely addition 💁‍♀️
