Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Day 1 : ✅
Day 2 : ✅ (feeling the burn)
Day 3 : ✅
Day 4 : ✅ (slowly getting the hang of it, still burning)
Day 5 : ✅ (IT BURNS, probably cause I went over my calorie intake today but its cool, tomorrow's a new day)
Day 6 : ✅ starting to see a difference in my lower ab :)
Day 7 : ✅ BURNED but i pushed through it
Day 8 : ✅ struggled bcus i went on a 10 mile bike ride today too😅 but i'm starting to see a difference in my ab area!
Day 9 : ✅ burned a little but starting to. get the hang of it (went on a 7 mile bike ride aswel)
Day 10 : ✅ burned a bit more probably cause i didn't really do anything today cause it was raining but i do feel like i will get some results :)
Day 11 : ❌ had a rest today, which is just as important as the workout :)
Day 12 : ✅ felt the burn but i had a really bad week with dieting to i was feeling a little more motivated today :)
Day 13 : ✅ burned but i definitely feel way more motivated now to carry on with it and see more results, i will mesure myself after the last one tomorrow and restart it with measurements to have more accurate results :)
Day 14 : ✅ im actually enjoying this workout now i feel it working my abs. I'll carry this on for another 14 days and i will measure myself now so i can see a difference visually :)
CHANGE OF PLAN
for anyone interested, im doing the Lily Sabri 2 week summer shred starting from tomorrow so should i document that here? let me know :)))
i'd also like to thank everyone that replied with so much support it's really helped me with my motivation and realising why i'm doing this 😘 thanks guys💋

Starting this today (pls remind me to do this everyday)
✅Day one: I really felt the burn in my inner core
Ok sorry I for got to update but I’ve been doing it everyday! This workout really got me TIRED. I HIGHLY recommend this workout. My abs are more toned and I lost some belly fat. I didn’t even maintain a healthy diet.

Quick tip:
*Wanna complete all the workouts fast and get results?*
Put the video on 1.75x speed and do the workouts in 1.75x speed.
Boom! You did the workouts fast and will get the results too
( Don't ask me why I watched in 1.75x speed 😂😂😂 I've got exams going on and been watching tutorials in 1.75x speed 😂😂😂 and clicked on Lilly's video as soon as I got the notif 🤩

I've never done one of the comment challenges but I'm excited so I'm gonna do this everyday for 2 weeks:) Wish me luck!! I'll leave my before and after measurements when it's over!!

Day 1: Done!!!! For a 6 minute workout this actually burns!!!
Day 2: Done!!! Again felt the burn did leave me slightly sore from yesterday!!! Don't forget to drink lots of water:)
Day 3: Honestly I didn't do it today because I had a bad mental health day and that's no excuse, but I needed to take time for myself.
Day 4:Done!!!! For those wondering I do, do this workout with others. If you're doin this challenge I believe in you:)) Don't give up<3 again great burn such a good quick workout!!
Day 5: Done!!! Literally such a time saver I have assignments I need to work on and took a little break to workout, feel great:)) Don't forget dieting culture can be harsh so instead what I do is a 20:80 ratio where 20 percent of your food can be a treat and the 80% should be healthy and beneficial!!
Day 6: Done!!! I am eating clean and if you guys want to see results I encourage you guys to eat clean too, abs are made in the kitchen😁
Day 7: Done!!! 7 more days to go, If I can do it you can too:)) Tip: If you want to lose weight eat in a calorie deficit; If you want to gain weight eat a calorie surplus. That doesn't mean eat whatever you want, you still need to eat clean<3
Day 8: Not gonna lie I did forget about working out today, I had a busy day but tomorrow I'm getting back on track :3
Day 9: Done!!! EveryBODY is beautiful🤍🤍
Day 10: Done!!! Self improvement starts with self love 😊
Day 11: Done!!! You should be doing this for you, take the time to take care of yourself🥰

Day 14: 🥳🥳 This hands down has to be one of my favorite quick workouts, my neck wasn't tired afterward compared to other workouts!! I can definitely see me abs peaking through!! I'm gonna keep doing workouts for more results, but I have a defined line down the middle of my stomach starting from my ribs making my abs look toned.

My starting measurement:
Waist 26.5 inches
Ending:
Waist 25.75(to be exact)

Stay consistent and I believe in you🥰😁
