Join gym, or do workout at home ! Eating less won't make u loose weight !! But being on calorie deficit, eating right foods in small proportions frequently, and nutritious foods which are more in proteins and fiber !! Also keeping yourself hydrated wid plain water and fruits or vegetables infused water, green tea etc will help you out surely in loosing your weight !!! Sample diet plan for you !!
Early morning 6-7am: 1 glass warm water with apple cider vinegar + 5 soaked almonds and 2 walnuts or 1 glass warm water with lemon and honey
Breakfast 8am : brown bread paneer sandwich (or) 1 egg bhurji with veggies and 1 phulka (or) 1 bowl overnight soaked oats with chia seeds, apple and nuts, honey (or) 2 small sized green moong and oats cheela + 1 cup veg chutney
Snacks 11am : 1 mug green tea + 2 tablespoons mix seeds (or) 1 glass buttermilk (or) 1 apple or kiwi (or) 1 small bowl green moong sprouts
Lunch 1-2pm : 2 small multigrain phulka + 1 cup dal + 1 cup any veg curry (or)
1 small bowl mix dals and veg brown rice khichdi+ chutney (or)
1 medium jowar roti + 1 cup mix veg and soyabean chunks curry or rajma or chole curry + salad
Snacks 5pm : 1 small bowl roasted chana (or) 1 small bowl murmura with mix veggies (or) 1 small bowl makhana (or) 1 glass sattu drink (or) 1 cup yogurt
Dinner 8pm : 1 medium bowl mix veg oats + 1 boiled egg (or) 1 medium bowl broken wheat rawa upma
It's 100% effective ! Am sure it will help you out !!
