This diet is indicative. It talks about basic principles of including complex carbohydrates in form of grains, fruits and vegetables, plant based proteins, foods rich in anti oxidants and use of fats ingrained in food. You can have your own permutations and combinations base on your culture and preferences. We have used this diet in many of our patients and found amazing results .

🔴 Waking up early 6 am or 6:30 am
🔴 A glass of water (Curry leaves, Fenugreek seeds water, or cinnamon ginger lemon tea)
🔴 Workout and do go out for a walk
🔴 Breakfast (300-400 Cal)
◼ Cheela with vegetables ( for flour use besan or Makki)
◼ Poha or Upma
🔴 Drink ( any healthy smoothie) 100-150 Cal
🔴 Lunch (250-300 Cal)
◼ sprouts salad
◼moong dal salad
◼fruit bowl with seeds
🔴 mid snack (80-100 Cal)
◼ lemon water
◼ green tea
◼ roasted almonds or walnuts
🔴 Dinner (300-400 Cal)
◼ Rice with dal
◼ Khichdi
🔴 Post dinner walk
🔴 Bedtime have cinnamon water
🔴 Do breathing exercises and meditation and some yoga

I want to share here that i hv PCOD since 10yrs now and conceived naturally after a 1hr walk or 1/2hr jog. I am having a 6yr old daughter but still i have pcod, irregular periods and chin hair increased. I try my best to start on healthy diet but due to lifestyle and stress iam not able to follow any healthy way diet. I wish i would make up my mind and start taking care of my health soon !!!!

A healthy life style is really beneficial.. I was suffering with pcod since last 5 years. In this 5 years I took medicine I did exercise bt found no result. I watch this video just before 2 month ago. Since then I lead a healthy life like wake up at early morning, 30 minute morning walk, 30 minute exercise, taking food in a exact time daily, sleep at night early. I remove oily foods, fried food and not bt the list is maida. And now I am cured . My period is cycling properly without any medicine. From my experience I would only say that not only exercise a good diet and a healthy lifestyle is very important

This is really helpful. I have been suffering with PCOD since last 6 years now. And what I have realised is its very necessary to balance your lifestyle. Like you said don't mess with your diet, can't agree more. Whenever I eat good and exercise just 30mins daily my body behaves good. Thanks for the diet plan, following it from tomorrow ❤️

I had cured my pcod.But lost a lot of weight and become thinner than before and this is what I didn't want. What I was doing is completely having plant based food.. But living in a family where they all have their own taste of food (spicy an all, which one don't prefer) it become difficult to follow sometimes.
And also.. It's hard to buy fresh vegetables and fruits sometime..i some time wasn't able to go and buy vegetables and fruits and I rather sleep without eating anything than to eat something that I know not good for my health and this drastically impacted my weight .
But now I got the reason, I will definitely try to follow this but still that buying fresh food in this era of pesticides and chemical is hard and during this lockdown period it becomes even harder.
And yeah, one this I want to suggest.. (If someone is reading it) ma'am has suggested to go for a walk post dinner... Yeah with that you just do one thing... Look at the sky, the moon and stars.. And try to connect yourself.. Like just feel the soothing light of the moon and praise it for the beauty it has. 😊 .... Stare it for few minutes. And just say it bye to meet the next day. It will not only help you to get relief from stress but also help you feel the ecstasy within you. Just try it.

I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!

Hello ma'am . I just detected severe pcos and discovered lot of cysts in one of the ovaries. I am 27. Have started working on it as per your videos. Hopefully I would be able to get it cured completely. You are doing a great job and may God really bless you and your family 💕💕

I exercise regularly and take my diet seriously, avoid fast food ... so I used to think I am healthy but got diagnosed with pcod recently... the thing that was lacking in my case is sleep. I hardly get 4-5 hours of sleep and stress factor is present too
Lesson learned, lifestyle does play a key role in your health

Really helpful video. Doctor, I'm a 12th standard student and simultaneously preparing for JEE . I was recently diagnosed with pcod and I don't notice any gain in my weight (I'm 160cm and 50 kg). It's very hard to follow any diet plan as there is always stress related to study stuff. So can you please share something like a diet and lifestyle plan for students like me. I hope you will read my comment.

I got braces recently and was having difficulty in having roti. I kept wanting to have khichdi or soft rice but couldn't because I had imbibed that it's bad for PCOD. Thanks for this video ma'am.

I will try this diet chart because I was a PCOD patient ..
But one thing I felt that this diet is lacking with Protein .
