What worked for my 51 year old diabetic mother is.
1) Removed processed grain like white rice, Wheat flour, potatoes and sugar completely from diet. Instead go for millets and barley.( Low GI food)
2) 90 minutes of walking + cycling everyday.
3) Not eating anything before 11 AM and after 8 PM.( Intermittent fasting)
4) Include chia seeds, walnuts and flax seeds in daily diet.(Omega-3)
5) Eat 1 small bowl of thoroughly cleaned salad then eat food.
Got rid of all insulin, statins, metformin and blood thinners in 3 months. HbA1C down to 5.8 from 10.7. No body pain or neuropathic issues anymore.

Diet should biodiversity.
Quality and quantity in diet..

Nuts and seeds... Sunflower seeds and flax seeds. Ghee.coconut oil.

Colors - fruit and vegetables

Protein.- eggs, dairy, lentils

Fibers -Amarnath, jowar, bajara. Wheat does not suite makes me morwe Hungry.

Hydration. - 4 l water
Sugar - not recommended for sedentary lifestyle

I experienced COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was ok but I started to notice a loss of more hair than normal. Following some research, I've come to realize it’s from the strain my body had during that time period and also the shampoo I had been using. So I began doing yoga and meditation everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextrraa coooconion anti hair fall kit. And now i dont face any hair fall.

Luke is very practical. I have seen dieticiens randomly ask everyone to eat Potatoes, some fruits with their skin. This is ridiculous advice given the amont of pesticides used be nowadays.
Unless we know its sourced 100% in organic way, its unsafe to consume peels.

Don't run behind what's best there's nothing best just follow diet according to your availability just track your micronutrients.
