About this video:
Indian diet is a complete feast in itself. We don't have to be dependent on other diet cultures or cuisines in order to stay fit, healthy and fulfil our body's requirements. There is no meal better than an Indian diet which can give so much variety, taste, flavours while helping us meet our fitness goals be it weight loss, muscle gain, immunity building or any other goal.

In this vlog, I have shown the kind of foods I eat on a regular day/ what I eat in a to stay fit and healthy. Such diet plan can also be used in case you are aiming for weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way.

This is the most sustainable way of losing weight because its all home based and these are the kind of foods we usually make in our kitchens.

Oats dosai, instead of this u can grind rice (4 cup with 1 spoon fenugreek seeds) 1 cup urad dal soak seprately for 2 hrs and grind sperately and with your hand 🤚 uniformly mix both the batter together keep it in the kitchen, if it’s winter like Delhi keep it above the gas stove or some warm place for 8 hours, and then u can pour the batter in idli stand and steam it and you can eat it fresh and naturally fermented, please don’t add eno or soda, idli should contain natural yeast - probiotics which is v good for your gut health

We need several such vlogs and recipes for every meal and healthy snacks from you Ma'am.
Please make a series for weekly meal(breakfast, lunch and dinner and other small meals) and snack recipes for those with
- Diabetes
- PCOD
- Triglyceride and cholesterol issues
- BP
etc...

I like the wholesome meal plan. Since it's easy to slip off on the breakfast prep, I am wondering whether you could premix the oats and sooji flour before you head to your workout so that fermentation would be natural and not requiring addition of eno.

I have been used to have namkeen since child hood but now i have replaced that with ragi snacks...Its not difficult to change our eating habits....little efforts and understanding help us to be healthy...After watching your video i started beetroot roti..its super yummy

Next video, if possible can you make Rajasthani meals in weight loss journey like daal dhokli, daal baati, multigrain khichdi, churma, mirchi wada, kachori, etc.,

How idlis made by you become fermented food... fermentation takes time..at least 8-10 hrs. Oats idli made by you is not fermented..so you need to add eno that reacts with lactic acid present in curd and generate carbon di oxide which makes your idli fluffy. When you make idli with overnight fermented batter fermentation generates the CO2 along with few other micronutrients.
