Good diet is imp. Remember, You can train your muscles but you can not train stored fat. Same way, fat can be burn only but it can not be trained. To get ride of love handles or other stored body fat you have to burn overall body fat by doing weight training or cardio exercises. We train our targeted muscles by doing special exercises for chest, back, shoulders, triceps and legs. Too reduce fats you have to burn it by doing weight training and cardio exercises. So you can not target fat by doing special exercise. Burning overall body fat is the only option to get ride of love handles and stored body fats.

Dear Madam,
I watched the video on 9th July 2022. My weight was 83kg .Two days I followed the diet plan and feeling very interesting.I lost couple of kilos .Let me try few more days. Most interesting part is the variety of foods suggested to keep and continue the diet. My thanks to madam.

You have a good individual food choice and you're absolutely right about the metabolism with the seeds etc, but how its put together is not accurately recommended. If I had considerably follow this than I wouldn't be able to condemn any workout and my body would be very weak. A good weight loss deficit calorie count is around 15-1600 calories because you naturally burn 1800 calories without any exercise. Plus there is no protein which would cause muscle loss. I recommend you try this yourself, cause it looks like you're focusing on theory though very little of that.

Mam we should not loose more than 4 kgs a month and if we loose 15 we will have many side effects

To loose 15 kilos a month you need to lose 500 grams a day.
Buring 500 grams fat will be like deficit of 3500 calories a day.
You need only 2000 calories a day.
So even if you eat nothing you will hardly lose 9 kilos a month

Hello ! You should also mention the quantity of items clearly in your diet . Like 50 gms of makhana is 180 kcal. 120 kcal makes up for 30gms of makhana . Say clearly the weight of the ingredient too.
