Hi mam I followed your diet plan from may 16 ! Today is 2nd of aug ! Actually some time I couldn’t follow whole day routine, off an on mix your opt of food ! I was 154 lb but today 140lb ! I am still happy I following 90percent low calorie diet everyday ! Thank you !
