This one I thought great, the postures don't need to be watched as the words are clear and said before the actual movement, I commented on your other sets too. thankyou

Thank you. I found this easier to follow than some of the other videos. I find some of them more rushed and so instead of relaxing I end up playing catch up. This was how it should be 😊

Loved it, even though my belly gets somewhat trapped in plough, then slides down in shoulder stand. Love love love inversions at the end of a practice, feels somehow more 'complete'. Thank you x

I've not been feeling well lately and I woke up stiff and hurting. I searched online and found this video. It was a perfect amount of challenge and nice gentle flow and I'm already feeling more free and able to handle my almost 2 year old for the day. Thank you! I'll be adding this into my week.

i am new to yoga - usually a gym rat, but i really like this instructor, and i LOVE that she's doing this in her house...proves you don't have to go to some hot yoga room with fancy digs. thank you, sarahbeth.

A really great morning stretch! I really like the way these videos have a clear narration, making it very easy to follow the sequences without needing to constantly see the screen.
