Feel relaxed and more in tune with your body and mind through this dynamic morning yoga flow.

The class begins with a standing warm-up of side bends, forward folds, twists and cat/cows.
The main sequence includes chair, warrior II, extended side angle, reverse warrior, triangle, revolved triangle, pyramid, high lunge and wide-legged forward fold with eagle arms.
Practice butterfly, reverse plank, seated forward fold + twists as a cool-down. The class ends with a 2-minute seated reflection.

I'm depressed and spent months without any fisical practice. today with lots of efforts I found strenght and motivation to get back to Yoga and it was so gentle, soft and respectful with my body and mind! It is truly unique to find the voice instructions to precede the next movement. Most other yoga channels get this timing wrong. Also love the calm and simplicity of the voice. No extraneous details and life updates. Just straight to the point with no extra marketing fluff. Love it.
