❤ love this. I walk around my house every morning and include 7 single up and down steps in the walk. This way I watch my cell phone and you do the counting for me 👍. Thank you for your expertise. Would also like to see some stretches 😊

Hi Deron. Keeping to my word. an hour of exercises every morning. I am already underweight and I don't want to loose any more but need strength and cardio exercises and will concentrate on those. Thanks Deron.
