This is what I wanted all these years
My hips give me hells after a run or standing too long.

Wow! These are stretches and exercises for the pain I'm always feeling. Doing these has shown me how weak my muscles are. I had no idea. I'm going to do these every day and monitor my progress. There's no reason I should be this weak. Thank you soooo much for all you do to help us, Dr. Rowe!!

Thank you so much for this video. I've had back issues for many years and work out frequently at the gym; however, I forget how valuable these type of exercises are and am trying to incorporate into my daily routine. I will definitely be working harder to incorporate more stretching. I know these will help alleviate the daily pain. People have joked that I'm a pain in the butt--they don't know how right they are!!!! Thanks again.

I love these exrrcises. They gave me so much relief! If I could make a suggestion it would be wonderful if you did this for each side rather than just say do it for both sides. That way I could do the complete exercise with you instead of rewinding and playing that part again. These are wonderful exercises though and help so much!

I lay on bed, put masage ball under glutes muscle / bottom part of back, muscles only! Move it around to get more blood circulatios, very important when you sitting a lot

Doctor you are great. Your videos are so helpful. I found you and got some new hope. I suffer so much from problems with L5. Would you mind to make a video with exercises i could do daily to stabilize L5? I am so afraid that i will need surgery in some years. Thank you.

Even sitting a short time, I have stiff hips for a short spell after standing. Dr. Rowe, your videos are very, very helpful. I like this one and the foot arthritis one especially. I feel like I have a personal PT guy! You seem to know exactly what people need. Thank you.

I like these stretches that I can do while sitting in an office chair, cuz sometimes people look at me strangely if I'm on the floor stretching like a Yogi. ; )

This was great for my right hip and back but that same leg's knee is pinching at the inside for pivot and twist while sitting, any advice?

cool video! def will use the hip stenghtening exercises since i practice kung fu and those moves help with kicks and whatnot. of course, since im already used to the movement, im already flexible enough to need to raise my leg almost 90° ahead, but my weak link in on the side, so thanks for the advice on finding the weak link. amazing video.
