I've been hurting over 10 years, and I'm 33. Chairo, massage, combos of the two, stretching on my own, gym + a sports recovery trainer, sports recovery PT... nothing has made much of a dent. Then I found you, man! Thank you! Dent achieved!

I save these too especially the ones I can do from a chair instead of the floor since I can't do floor stretches from the seat of a bass boat or in a restaurant

oh my gosh this is crazy. i have tendinitis & snapping hip syndrome in my left hip but both my hips are always so tight. this is the first time i feel like they’ve loosened up significantly in yrs thank you sm!!

I also do this in bed while laying down, I get the random tightness and this always helps

Now I really can't get my leg up on my leg like that and I know you said one time how to do that but I really can't I was in a wreck you know I don't have a 110 degrees bend on my leg and I mean I had one leg for 2 years in a wheelchair for 2 years two surgeries and I mean that was 2009 I've been seeing the chiropractor for over a year now and my town here it's really good he's a sports chiropractor and I'm getting better I had fell down and I kind of ignored you for a couple of months and I had the stingy fiery the most electric stingy fiery pain down my right arm and shoulder and neck it was horrible always appreciate watching your clips and are you giving us a lot of good tips thank you❤
