Full Body Strength Progression at Home (Level 2)
This intermediate strength training workout will help you build muscular strength and endurance as we progress in each round. We’ll incorporate compound and unilateral movements and end each round with a high-intensity cardio workout. So let’s level up your fitness program!

Circuit: 40 secs Work - 20 secs Rest
Duration: 20 minutes

ROUND 1
Squat & Press
Squat to Single Leg Kneel
Burn Out: In-Out Squat Jump

ROUND 2
Renegade Row
Staggered Push-up
Burn Out: Mountain Climbers

ROUND 3
Wide Squat
Side Lunge with Knee Driver
Burn Out: Side to Side Shuffle

ROUND 4
Spiderman Plank
Side Plank Crunch
Burn Out: Plank Jacks

Joanna I did this workout a couple of days ago and thought it pretty easy to be honest. BUT 2 days later I can really feel ALL the muscles worked protesting- so I reckon it was tougher than I realised! I just LOVE your workouts. Thank you so so much for all the time you give to us. It's SO appreciated.
