I just started my fat loss journey mam, I was sweating after 1hour of hard exercises, but by doing this only in 13 minutes I was sweating like, I just had shower, tq for this video mam

Perfect workout. I finished just now and recorded the details on the fitness app. Warm up 4 mins, Fat burning 6 mins and aerobic 5 mins..resulting in 152KCal burn( I guess, if I follow your steps/intensity as it is, it will certainly cross 200KCal). Heart rate reached 149 during workout. To top it all, the enthue of doing it..and not waiting for the video to reach its end. BTW, I follow your other workout videos too. And it does show results. Thanks a bunch Deepti, for making workout a fun.💓

This exercise is best for people like me, i am trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle from months now, but somehow could not continue for some or other reasons, now this 15 minutes HIIT is apt for times when i am running short of time but dont want to skip the routine. Loving every second of !!!!

Calories burned per Fitbit (for those that want to know):

Someone who doesn’t usually exercise or is heavier may burn 200 calories like the video cover says but I only burned half (107 calories, I’m 5’6” and 135). I think I did it at the same intensity as in video and I didn’t rest either, I walked in place during the breathe breaks

Thanks for the quick workout and good energy. I typically do yoga or dance or HIIT and I love that this is kind of all three :)

Awesome...from 20th March I started my weight loss journey by doing cardio in morning and that time my weight was 75kg..from last 2 week's my weight get stuck...i was eating only jwari roti nd dal normal subji and salad nd I skipped my dinner...from some day's I feel less energetic...so 1 of my friend suggested me you're YouTube channel from 2day I started with 15min fat burn and 30min zumba also with my cardio exercise...i love you're enthusiasm seriously..nd I started doing you're exercise in morning ND evening...and from 2day I started to eat everything in my lunch...A Big Thank u ❤😊
