Hey besties!

This is day 2 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 40 minute full body workout all about building the hourglass illusion:) I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

I quit about 4 times but I finished it.
Muscles I didn't even know existed are vibrating.

The amount of times I had to pause and mentally prepare for what was coming next. It was SO HARD but I made myself finished it by telling myself "someday you will do this work out and think it is easy"

I just finished and I can't feel my legs at all. I can't believe I stayed till the end of the video. My body burns but I love it.

i started this challenge because i want to feel pretty and because i want to be able to do what i love as a job in the future. im only 15, and i want to be a musical theatre actress, and i know i have to work out for it. keep in mind, broadway's going to be harder than this. if there's anyone here who's struggling, you're doing great!! keep going babe

me shaking like a leaf, me figuring out I can actually stretch, me cursing the length of the workout, me being happy about the ads for once, me being proud of myself after when it's done- of course not all perfectly balanced like her ..there were few sets of tomfoolery but sure does feel good when she says she's proud of "us" girlies 🎀🎀🎀 xx
