You’re incredible and your energy is so peaceful. I’ve been doing your workouts (the 30/40min ones) every morning at 6AM for almost 2 weeks now and i feel incredibly focused and my core strength has gotten amazing. Thank you for being such a sweet soul

I haven't worked out in a while so I skipped a few exercises but I'm glad I was able to get through the whole video. I think I'm gonne opt for the 10 min workouts and do that twice a day.

When i don’t feel like working out, i turn this on with the volume only loud enough to hear the beeps, and do this and watch tv or listen to an audiobook...thank u!!
