I am so excited to be sharing another pilates video with you guys,

As someone who NEVER likes to workout for more than 20 mins, finishing this video in one go was an incredible achievement😭😭

Okay I was so nervous when I saw 40 mins but this felt way easier than I expected it to be. Although I did feel my abs burn in the last few minutes. Amazing workout!!!❤❤

Day 6: done. It was hard. Was shaking all session and had to take so many breaks.. but completed 😭. Really proud of myself

Чуть не сдохла😮 всё тело трясётся. Я новичок в этом деле и некоторые упражнения у меня не получаются, но всё же "6день" сделан👌. Скорее всего я пройду этот марафон до конца, а потом начну опять с 1 дня чтоб сделать все качественно со второго раза)))

I did the first one month plan and at the time I could not do the 40 minutes class, had to break it in two sets during the day and still it was very hard, and I am actually so happy that I was able to do it all in one go this time!! I look more toned and my legs are smaller (which was always an insecurity of mine) your routines are amazing!

This plan is much harder and helps to improve yourself and your body even more, to feel every muscle. I'm absolutely delighted! Thank you so much for what you do🤍

When I saw it was 40 minutes long, I was discouraged. I remembered the 40 minutes video of day 2 of the first one month plan and how difficult it was. Today, I managed to do all the workout without taking extra break! I am SWEATING as hell. The last exercice KILLED me. But after all, I kinda liked this one. It is definitely hard than the first one month plan, but I am glad to see I can still improve.

I accidentally took like a solid 2 week break from doing this plan as i was spending time with my boyfriend before he went overseas for 3 weeks and ive had a huge falling out with my friends who aren’t speaking to me and uninvited me from their birthdays.. 😓

Even though i feel pretty down atm ive decided to get back into it and this was definitely a super good push for that.
I couldn’t do the 40 min vid in the last one month plan but this one felt so nice and chill!! Super proud of how far my body has come ❤️
