You know it's a legit advice when it's coming from an Olympian and world champion.

The key element is that he does not stretch his muscle for a long duration. He warms them up for few seconds (10 seconds or less) and then, he moves to stretch other muscles.

Hearing his knees crack at 00:41 and 00:43 proves he is human. Warm up sorted, thanks Mo

I like it...no complex terminology/verbiage, no fancy moves, no contorted stretching, just simple and to the point and this type of warm up 80% of the time will get the job done! Thanks, man!!!

Could you do a video on breathing while running?

2:08 he's so fast the camera didn't even catch him changing his shoes!

Those high kick stretches really do work! I've been doing them for 8 years, my workout isn't complete without them now.

Very simple, non-injurious stretches that anybody can do. I was amazed at how comfortable and effective they were.

Those of you asking for breathing advice. Have your lungs work for you, not you work for your lungs. I have long strides so i in a sequence of two strides i inhale and then exhale in another two strides. It basically gives your body and mind a rhythm that does not put as much shock on your lungs as it would if you’re constantly breathing in and out rapidly or slowly. I improved my 5k from 22 minutes down to 19:30ish in a matter of a month or two. Im 220 lbs so if you’re a smaller individual, you should run even faster using this breathing method.

Mo you are sun and the moment you rise up you start giving energy it is upon us how much we can learn from you before sunset of that day. And as sun is immortal so is your legacy of running. So to conclude you remain source of inspiration, motivation, and a well wisher for all the athletes and for generation to come . and we do appreciate about kenenisa Bekele and all the great ones.
