🤦‍♂️ All I needed to do was stick my butt out a little first this whole time? Usually so much pain I can't squat empty handed. Tried moving hips first and no pain at all... You Sir, are a hero. Thank you.

Thanks man! I was doing it wrong that's why my knees hurt from squatting. But that bending hips first help a lot.

2:57 Hey! if you reading this have this same problem, that you can't go lower than that or you'll fall, don't worry! I might be wrong here but that happens because your femur is larger than your tibia! My brother has the same problem. The solution is simple, just place something underneath your heel to stand on, easy. That way you can go as deep as you want without falling.

So I've followed your advice and need to do quite a wide stance, with my feet turned out and unlock at my hips. Very very helpful.😊

I started having knee pain when I did 2 sets of landmine squats. I held the bar with my hands in front of my chest but was driving the bar forward. It killed, murdered, and totally f-d my knees, and I never had pain there before: I think the lean forward with large weight was too much for my knees, even though i managed a really wide stance/wide feet out. Stance doesn't matter: I just really wanted to get my quads but I can't do this one at all :(

I was starting at the knees instead of hips. That helped once I fixed it.

Yes! I have done this before where I twist my legs out so it takes pressure off my knees. Only a little awkward that I'm opening my legs to the world lol but better than having hurt knees all the time!!
