What the hell. 25 years of knee pain from high school football (meniscal tears, no surgery) 2 videos and 8 minutes later you got me walking better than 2 decades of chiropractors and several thousand dollars. I definitely owe you a beer.

I am the guy that doesn’t believe anything on the internet. However, I am here to say that this worked for me. Found this video yesterday. Oh my gosh! I had a knee injury skiing when I was 21, tore my medial ligament. At the time I was told I would have trouble when I was older. I’m 57 now and have been having trouble sitting and getting up from sitting and was dreading what was to come. Tried this, and the relief was instant, I can sit without feeling like I’m favouring the knee and stand up without pain. I’m so glad I found this video. Thank you so much.

I cant thank you enough, i fixed crippling knee pain in both knees that was overlooked by professionals, all they wanted was a credit card number but i fixed my knees at home, only difference was that i used big wooden spoon, lol, god bless you for sharing your knowledge.

I have never had any knee pain before. I’m a retired firefighter paramedic but I do suffer with lower back and cervical disk issues. I’m 54 and all of a sudden my knee just decided it didn’t wanna work anymore. Low and behold, I found this. I already subscribe, but this saved my ass. The last thing I needed was one more injury! Look, I got immediate pain relief after just 5 minutes of doing this butter knife routine. I’ve only been doing this for two days about 2-3 times a day for about 5 minutes each time to just one knee, my sorest one ...and WHAT RELIEF ... it’s like night and day. I have a partial knee it’s been replaced four times. Needless to say I’ve done 100+ physical therapies with no results. This stupid little simple Butterknife is the greatest exercise/therapy I have encountered my hats are off to you!

This video has been life changing. I've struggled with a tight painful knee for 3 years post knee replacement. I've done this technique 3 times and the pain and tightness is almost gone. After almost 2yrs of not being able to hardly walk and doctors throwing their hands up... I AM WALKING! My roommate had to make me sit down after walking 30mins. That's 29mins more than I've done in 2yrs! At first it was like my legs didn't know how to walk straight and it felt very strange but when I got in the groove I was like see ya!
