Improving my right hip mobility fixed my right knee pain! Just did 320 lbs x 5 squats for 3 rounds last night! At age 44, that’s the most I’ve ever done for a working set. Thanks Aaron!

Your hip stretches helped me open my hips and now my workouts are soooo much more effective! For example, I did hip abductions for the first time today since focusing on hip stretches and I felt the hip abductions in my glutes for the first time! I had no idea how much I *wasn’t* feeling them in my glutes before. THANK YOU!!! You’re the GOAT!

Such important advice. I believe My weak left hip causes most of my left knee pain, despite my having previously badly injured my left knee. Exercises to strengthen my left hip and glute always get rid of the vast majority of my left knee pain. Thanks for sharing this information!
