Thank you so much for your videos, Robin. I can’t tell you what a difference it makes in my day to do these videos in the morning. To spend only 5 to 15 minutes on each one means that I can do one or multiple- and they’re very effective! I’m at a point in my life where I cannot spend hours at the gym or the yoga studio, and I have no desire to do so, so this has been a real blessing.❤

Hi Coach Robin! I am a man and just saw this video because my grandma does this lesson! I didn't think much of this so she challenged me to an armwrestle. I could not even move her arm even using both my arms together! I feel really weak and unconfident. 😟
