I've been doing it for 7 days straight and I tried my blazer today, it fits! Ussually I can still put it on but very tight in the arm. Be patient girl, at 7th day, it gets much easier!

especially if ur impatient like me and always mess up ur nails because you don't wait for them to dry properly

I've been doing this daily for approx a month - once, little break, then again. My arm strength has improved SO MUCH. The first time I did it, I was like "How are they able to keep their arms up!?". I had to keep putting mine down for a rest. By 2-3 weeks though, I was doing it! My secret - I do it while sitting on the floor. If I had to stand, I think I would've been like "Meh, too tired" and not kept with it. Effective workout, thank you!

I love these short workouts so much! I struggle to motivate myself so I always say "just do one 5 minute workout from YouTube and you can stop" but I always end up doing a minimum of 3 or 4. Really appreciate these, please make more 😁💙

anyone looking for fast results this is the best workout i did it for 1 and a half week and i lost 5 to 6 cm of fat from my arms also mt arms r looking toned not like the muscular one but like a kpop model take it jst as an example guys those who r starting to do this please dont stop you can do this results wont come in a day it will take time but u will see it thanku for reading guys

Love this arm workout! I've done it everyday for the past 9 days and my arms are burning everytime! The first 3-4 days I had to drop my arms to rest but I'm able to push through it now. On to getting rid of these flabby arms!!

I keep coming back to this workout all the time. Its sweet, short and effective. I often do it at the end of one of the other workout Videos. I just love these 4 super intense Minutes.
