This is a simple video that anyone who is 75 years and above can do sitting on a chair at the comfort of your home. This is a special sports seated workout that is super fun for everyone. Special thanks to both my beautiful grandmother Vijaya Raman. She is 80 years + and managed to do this with ease.

Thank you very much for taking special care for elderly please can you be kind and show us more l am 72 and really enjoying all your exercises in fact I do all them and would be happy if you could do more for weak legs as l am having more problems with my knees, would appreciate if you show us more so at least it can help us walk pain free

I just discovered you videos and I do all of them every day. I'm 76 years old and these are the best exercises I've ever found. Thank you for your video and to you grandmother who does wonderfully

Blessings to Rashmi for sharing an easy series of Yoga for elderly. I enjoyed the dance and sports episodes very much. Definitely can feel the workout without stress of sitting on the floor. A big thank you to her grandma Vijaya too for being the elegant model and an example of flexibility. It also makes my brain work!
