This easier paced Pilates workout is not 'easy', just more slow and controlled! It's an all standing workout with compound moves, so you get a lot done in a short amount of time. Work your upper body with light weights whilst doing stability sculpting exercises for your lower body with core engagement. There's a nice flow to the exercises. which will leave you feeling energized and nicely challenged.
