I had a tough morning today. Went grocery shopping and Safeway was feezin...even my long sleeve shirt wasn't enough. My brain and body were sluggish. I was finally done and made it home. Doing this yoga helped my body come out of that freeze. My blood is flowing normal now. Thanks much Sarah. 👍🙏
