Some of our astute followers have noticed me slurring my words. I am not drunk but working with Brad it would be justifiable. I had 6 infected cysts removed from my mouth (noncancerous) and I have residual scar tissue and numbness. I will try to do better. Thanks Bob.

I'm a 69 year old woman and this has come at the BEST time! I've lost 36 pounds, so just 9 more pounds to go! YAY ME! Anyway, I need to tone up my never toned body. I feel so good, with a lot of energy. Plus I have dropped 2 sizes!

Yes!!! This is so great. The build up exercises step by step, rather than going straight into it. So good for warming up!

Love Jody as a presenter. She doesn't say, "Good job, " which always bugs that crap out of me since the person doesn't know how good my effort was! She presents clearly, steadily and I think I might get a little sore and stronger. Thank you!

As a man over 50 who.hasn't taken the best care of himself, here I am on Jan 2nd looking to make some changes for the better. I will incorporate these slowly, working my way up to some of the more difficult (plank exercises) ones as I gain strength over time. Thank you so much for the straight forward presentation. So I've had a hard time doing core exercises (im 212lbs/96kgs and only three months into my weight loss journey) but this was so helpful! I only made it six minutes in before needing to stop, but omg I don't feel guilty or like a failure for stopping. Thank you so much!!

Hey, i have got a lot of problems regarding my core. Whenever i was doing any kind of ab workout or core training, ive never really felt anything in my core because my lower back would cramp out and it felt like somebody was putting a knife in my back. This is the first workout where i had close to no back issues and ive felt my core muscles all the time. Thank you very much. I guess that all the other excersices i have done were simply too hard for the capabilities of my core. I am doing quite a lot of sports but ive always had to battle through my back pain.

Really love this, it's so hard finding straight forward, gender neutral exercise videos where they don't constantly talk about losing weight or changing your body cause you hate it. Thanks!

I sucked at the side planks! My legs were just too heavy for me lol. I’m definitely still weak. My last birth destroyed me and I went to therapy to regain core strength and implemented strength and stretching exercises to help with my tight hips and sore back. I’m going to do this again tomorrow and really warm up my hips, glutes etc to see if that helps my mobility. This was easy to follow and effective, thank you!

66 here, about 30 lbs overweight. On very low carb and intermittent fasting to keep cellular inflammation and overall aches away (and it works) ! This is doable for me ... once I get waaay down there on the floor😺. I need 2 mats for knees. And something sturdy nearby to get back up😹. Hopefully that gets easier with time? Thank you.

I do a bit of yoga and have dabbled in core strength. I'm decently in shape but have injuries and an aging body. Most "beginner" core workouts here on the tube absolutely *kill* me, and discourage me from doing them again. This, however, hit that perfect sweet spot between accessible and challenging.

Loved this. Am very inflexible, tight muscles. So I am giving this a try. Day one done, and it kicked my butt! Great simple workout.
