Well, I will say that was definitely a great stretch and know my core was worked a little bit. I believe in my mind I was expecting 10 minutes of straight core. Haha. Definitely a like. Especially for pushing down to get in that lower back stretch 😌

If the lower back pain is from sciatica or a herniated disk, then I thought spine flexion isn't good. I keep finding pilates based workouts that I'm trying to avoid.
