I have been exercising at the gym at least 4 days or more a week since I was 22 and now 25, I stumbled across your videos on youtube. I have been using only your workouts for the past 6 months and I'm in the best shape of my life. You two are INCREDIBLE! I just tried this workout for the first time and for only 16 minutes, it kicked my ass in such a good way. Again, you two rock!

This is a really challenging one, but i was happy that i could do it all on my first try. I've been doing your exercises for almost a year now, but i had to take a break because i was ill and now i'm trying to get back to shape.
This routine is a great one. Thank you so much.

First workout with you all and I can tell you, I haven't been smoked like this since I left the army! I made it through about 90% of the workout without stopping so that's good! I've added a few of your videos to my favorites for my wedding body preparation! Thanks so much for your service and diligence! :-)

Nice hidden little gem. Did as a burnout after 40 minute total body strength routine. The last set I did regular lateral hops and jump squats instead and legs are jello!! 🔥🔥🔥

Oh this workout needs more hits then 712! This was so much fun! I loved it. Is it because I am a bore easily person and it appealed to my senses of doing something off the curve???! Not sure but it was fun. Try it guys!
