Lovely that your warm-ups also focus on the shoulders and upper body. Used to always cramp up in my shoulders when running, but I hardly ever do anymore 😊

Really great warm up in this one. It’s gentle enough at the start for long enough that doing it early in the morning isn’t too tough. The last bit to get the HR up is perfect.

This is my regular warm up before every run. This prevents injuries in the muscles.

Another great warm up Ash. I’ was having great difficulty at the beginning of runs and I realise I wasn’t fully warmed up so I am now using your warm ups which I find so helpful as you cover all areas of the body. I can feel an improvement already. I also some specific exercises as I have been recovering from hip bursitis and so I’m working on strengthening there. I also find you explanations and accent easy to listen to. So many warms ups are from USA and somehow it just doesn’t do it for me. Thanks you.
