This is a 15-minute full body flexibility routine for improving the mobility of the hips, shoulders, spine and surrounding areas. This works great as a stand alone morning routine, or any time of day, or can be used as a warm up or cool down, pre or post workout.

If you have tight shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings or just want to improve your full body mobility, this is the routine for you.

This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to open their hips and hamstrings while strengthening but might already have a lot of tension in these areas and want to create a sense of freedom and open up their bodies.
