HEY EVERYONE ⭐️ Welcome to your 15 minute UPPER BODY Workout with weights.
❤️ Love the workouts and want to say thanks?
You can use dumbbells or kettlebells in today's session. 15 different exercises hitting EVERY MUSCLE waist up, for a total upper body sculpting.
SOCIAL MEDIA **follow me**
In today's workout, on screen tips will assist you with technique. We are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise and 15 seconds REST, 15 different exercises;
1. Bicep Curl, Shoulder Press to Triceps Extension
2. Bent Over Row
3. Single Arm Curl and Press
4. Swap Sides
5. Alternating Push Ups on Kettlebell
6. Single Arm Row
7. Swap Sides
8. Row to Upright Row
9. Chest Press to Kettlebell Pullover
10. Overhead Ab Crunch
11. Russian Twists (feet up)
12. High Plank with Pike Back and Kettlebell Tap (or kettlebell drag)
13. Bicep Curl (half and full curl)
14. Triceps Extension
15. Halo
If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.
