Upper body GIANT sets! Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders and Core! Increase strength, build muscle and improve muscular endurance with this 30 minute upper body workout!

The timer will be on for 45 seconds each exercise, straight onto the next! We have 45 seconds rest between each giant set and perform each giant set x2 sets!

We target the shoulders, then back, then the chest and finishing with arms and more shoulders!

For this workout, you will need a pair of dumbbells, a chair and your mat! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 15kg each and 8kg each!

Try to keep your breath as relaxed as possible.

Quality over quantity applies! Slow down the push ups, aiming for the best reps you can rather than the number of reps!

I had a really hard work day today and i came home at half past seven pm and I thought to myself: discipline is the key. And now I feel so, so good. Because your workouts make me happy, I feel stronger and proud. When I started working out with you I had to pick up my 1 kg dumbbells for the flys, now i manage to do them with 5 kg. I am an absolute beginner and today I did my first renegade row 😭😭😭

I love you Caroline, it feels like I'm working out with a friend who is also feeling the pain but pushing through, that motivates me.
I have promised myself to start EPIC Heat this July, right after I'm comfortable with push ups and I hope I achieve it.

That was officially my EPIC Heat workout of workouts. Everything was just perfect. I used 17.5 & 10kg DBs today which really was perfect. Shoulders I did seated and probably if pushed could have gone a little heavier. Back was really good and Chest I did the Press and Diamond Press with the heavier DBs and the Flyes with 10s. Pushups I completed 22 each time with no stops required but that was so tough. The Arms section was awesome. The 30 mins was over in no time and I will definitely revisit this. This for me was one of those workouts when you just say to yourself be proud as to complete it with good weights and good form is a major achievement.

I used to hate Upper Body Day, was so weak, could barely lift 3 I am loving it so freaking much now! My favourite sessions are ARMS and SHOULDERS wow!!! I am nailing 5 kg in skull crushers omfg, would have never believed that. Caroline raised us all well kids!
