Hey, guys!
Welcome back to my Thursday workouts. This week is challenge time and it is all about crunches. There are a lot of variations to crunches and so, I thought, it was a good idea to combine some together into a non-stop 7-minute video. Yes, non-stop!
This is a challenge, of course, so let's work out the whole time. Please do what you can and do not worry if you need to pause.
The Crunches:
- Frog Crunches-
- Altered Bicycles
- Bicycles
- Modified Crunch with Tap
- Reverse Crunch
- Star Crunch
