Crunch Challenge | Abs | Flat Stomach

Hey, guys!

Welcome back to my Thursday workouts. This week is challenge time and it is all about crunches. There are a lot of variations to crunches and so, I thought, it was a good idea to combine some together into a non-stop 7-minute video. Yes, non-stop!
This is a challenge, of course, so let's work out the whole time. Please do what you can and do not worry if you need to pause.

The Crunches:
- Frog Crunches-
- Altered Bicycles
- Bicycles
- Modified Crunch with Tap
- Reverse Crunch
- Star Crunch

I know this challenge is a no break challenge but she looked tiered so I paused the video so she could take a break 😌

I loved this. Love that it’s all crunches and not too high intensity, so it’s mainly jut based on muscle!

It's been about a month since I started this at least 5 times a week. When i also started cardio only 30min, I could see losing belly fat quicker! I will keep doing this exercise :)

I did this workout everyday for two months and it's done quite a lot for my body! I can see the definition on my abs and I feel a lot lighter and toned! The best part of this workout is that it's quick but effective! Iwill keep doing this workout! :)

Just did it!!! Abs are on fire!!! I like quick workouts like this because I could do it in the morning then get ready for work after. Definitely continue to add more quick workouts like this!

Started doing this 3 days ago, have been doing other workout by Holly and had really cool result, but all that plank stuff was killing me, and idk why but every day it was more and more difficult to do them, so this workout looks like a miracle, I don't have a proper mirror to check the result yet, nor do I want really, I need at least a week to notice changes, but by abs hurt like hell. I love this feeling. Thanks Holly ❤️
Update: it's been a week, I've been doing this exercise 2-3 times a day, I really love the results yet, it still makes me wanna die somewhere in the middle of working out, but my stomach is do nice and defined, toned.. I'm gonna continue for at least another week
Update after 2 weeks. I've skipped almost a week, started again several says ago, my belly looks really nice and toned, there's that fine line in the middle, and muffin top looks much better, I'm too lazy to work on it, I'll continue this challenge

Still using this and the 11 line abs workout and the HIIT on your app I just had a baby a bit over a year ago and I’m already getting back to my figure I had before (with bigger hips ofc) but I’m so grateful for your workouts! They help me so much ❤

These were sooo hard. 😛❤Please keep the 5 day ab challenge up without deleting the videos. I really want to redo this for 4 more weeks to see what results I get. Thanks for a great workout 💪😅. Bicycle crunches killed me.

I am gonna do this for as many days as I can I will update you everyday so here are my before measurements
Top part of stomach near ribs: 69cm
Bottom part of stomach above hips: 80cm
Day 1-it was really hard it’s makes you sweaty but you can feel it working, I would recommend going slower and more controlled so you target the areas and make sure you are doing it accurately. I am gonna try and eat healthier but it’s definitely not gonna stay like that
