Start This New Year with my 30 Day ABS WORKOUT challenge! There will be 5 ab workout videos every 7 days, to give you a steady rise in difficulty of the workouts. In the middle of the week you will also get a workouts for your chest, legs, back and the rest of the body! Let’s work!

I've been doing these for a couple of weeks and it's really been helping my depression, anxiety and ptsd and also my self-esteem. Thank you from the bottom of my heaart.

🔥Started doing this workout today...
I will update the results after every day..( I might miss a day)

🔥Day1:- it was really hard, made a lof of mistakes & couldn't finish the exercises properly✔

🔥Day3:- In 3 days I have done it 4 time, I'm able to do the exercises properly, I eat too much that's why I feel no change...😔 But upper ab packs are little bit visible only when I contract my belly😆✔

🔥Day6:- I can do all the exercise properly.. But after doing all those exercises, it's tough for me to do crunches, so i skip the explosive crunches..😑 I got a lot of fat in my lower ab, thats why lower ab is not visible yet.. but upper ab is visible😉.. I need to concentrate more on my diet..✔

🔥Day7:- Felt same as day 6, it's getting easier day by day.. Trust me i would have packs in these 7 days but i got much fat at my lower abs.. Again upper abs visible after contraction.. Need to put more effort in my daily diet, or else I am gonna lose this😌✔

🔥Day8:- Getting easier day by day..✔

🔥Day9:- Done, I'm now maintaining my diet properly.. Hope to have packs soon😊✔

🔥Day10:- Done, still woried about lower abs😔✔

🔥Day11:- Done, today was the easiest day.. i was able to do some of the exercises twice..✔

🔥Day12:- Done✔

🔥Day13:- Done.. Its really tuff to do crunches after toe crunches..😖

🔥Day14:- missed beacause of Eid-ul-Fitr✔sorry

🔥Day15:- also missed✔ sorry again

🔥Day16:- Done, as i missed 3 days and ate a lot, i really felt the burn..so from day17 i will do it twice cause i'm not getting positive results but i want packs at any cost...✔

🔥Day:- i forgot the day but i have packs now but these packs are not enough... so i will continue doing exercise to have better good looking packs✔

Starting today for a month: Will update everyday
Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅
Day 3: Rest Day!
Day 4:✅4 days in and i'm already seeing huge improvements especially in my upper abs! I really recommend this workout guys!
Day 5:✅I've been able to do this workout a lot easier and I definitely feel like my abs have grown
Day 6:✅Not too much difference from yesterday, but one thing I've definitely noticed is my abs are visible in almost every lighting
Day 7:✅1 week complete! My abs have definitely grown and are visible in legit all lighting
Day 8:✅
Day 9: REST DAY
Day 10:✅
Day 11:✅Day 11 is a wrap! Definitely try these exercises and they will give you results. Keep your head high and believe guys!!!
Day 12: ✅
Day 13: ✅
Day 14: ✅
Day 15:✅
Day 16: ✅I've lost lower belly fat drastically and there is definitely a lot more definition in my upper and middle area of my abs.
Day 17: Rest Day!
Day 18: ✅
Day 19:✅Definitely one of the best days! The workout has still been challenging, but not as much as a few days ago which means that my abs have definitely grown! Thanks Igor for the workouts!
Day 20: messed up my back so i couldnt walk. i'll start again soon but my back really hurts. sorry guys

I'll be doing this workout and will be updating this every day for a month (30 minutes/day):
Day 1: Wasn't horrible, but wasn't easy to do for the time I wanted to do it daily. Felt a amazing burn across my body

Please keep trying it's not hard
Thank of this workout as food or water or school but your favorite part of school hanging out with your friends

I tried the workout and found it so effective but my suggestion is there must be atleast 5 second between the exercises, not for rest but to change position cuz I missed the time and have to rewind the video everytime. Thank you

Day 1: did it twice felt good.
Day 2: did it twice felt amazing. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD DIET.
Day 3: do it twice a day remember EAT HEALTHY. Felt Good
Day 4:did it once felt better then ever abs are showing a bit more.
Day 5: did it twice MY OBLIQUES ARE SHOWING ITS AMZING.
Day 6: did it twice getting easier every day
Day 7: did it twice tommorow= new workout!

Started doing this a few days ago but I’ll start from yesterday
Day 1- Did all of these (Arms, Chest, Abs, Back, and legs). Since I started days ago already some change. Lower abs, not yet but have a 4 pack lol
Day 2 - Did all of it and it feels easier. Be back tomorrow
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Rest
Day 5- Can see improvement and they feel way easier (yay :D)
Day 6- Rest because of Taekwondo and Internet was not working till 6PM
Day 7- Very hard to crunches after toe touch crunches so I skipped toe touch
