Lucy I’ve really been struggling with anxiety and depression. I used to exercise and over the years after having kids and a very busy high stress work life I have put myself last. I am overweight, tired, and can’t keep ignoring the fact that I won’t be able to be there for everyone if I don’t start taking care of myself. I have started doing your workouts and they are so manageable for someone like me who is not in the best shape. Your videos are very easy to follow and I am already seeing results in the second week not only physically, but mentally as well. I feel better, my mind is clearer, and I have hope that I can heal and strengthen my tired body. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your videos with people like me who need help. 💕

I must say this!
There are a lot of fitness influencers and youtubers, and I appreciate all of them for making exercise popular for free, but Lucy’s workouts are the best because:
They aren’t intimidating,

They’re doable, something you can follow with consistency. Something that makes you feel like a victor in the end.

They’re short, interesting and effective.

Nobody aims to target different muscle groups like Lucy does with her multicompound moves.

I’ve lost almost 13kg postpartum with Lucy in a matter of 4 months. Actually, her workouts have saved me another time before. I had severe depression and those antidepressants (mood stabilisers) gave me intense carbs cravings and made me gain so much fat, especially in the lower abdomen. With her magical workouts and clean eating, I lost 15kg.

I've been doing this workout for 7 days. Just this one & I'm not on any special diet.
I've lost 1 inch from my waist & 0.5 inch from my bust, arm & bum.

I’ve been doing your work out for a few years, but got back into them more recently and I only do your work outs as I absolutely love them, this is still one of my favourites, feels so affective, thanks to you I’m now in better shape and have toned up more, thank you 🙏 xx

Thank you Lucy! This really works! I see the results just after doing this 7 min workout for 3 weeks. I like it because it's only 7 min. I don't have to get ready to go to the Gym, I can choose any time of the day, I can even do this workout in my pajamas. And I feel amazing!. Thank you again So much even more for your knowledge and training.

Hi Lucy, I just love this new 7 min challenges. 30 sec and then the new move, it's fast and so much fun🥰 I enjoy the back challenge too, it really makes my posture better! Abs, arms...just great, I even look for it everyday ❤ Thank you so much. Aaand....with your help I lost now 70!!!! Kg ☺ I'm healthy, happy and fit, down from 130 kg to 60 ☺ YES WE CAN! I used to follow your workouts when I was in college probably about 5 years ago now and I loved them. Its been on/off (mostly off) since. I've been really trying to push myself to do these but I'm finding it hard to just get up and do it!! I'm really going to try and start this today and get a habit going. Thanks Lucy!

Thanks so much for sharing this workout! I usually give up on ab workouts because they're so intimidating and hard to follow through but yours seems doable which is why I'm back for day 2 today. I'm going to track my progress here so I stay consistent the rest of the days. I am starting out (in inches) at upper belly 25.2, navel 28, lower belly 33. I know I'm thin but my goal is to be toned and get a less flabby stomach. I currently weigh 124.6lbs.
Day 1: done. It was energizing! I did it with 7k steps
Day 2: went faster today because I knew what to expect. Started getting tired at the straight leg kicks but powered through. Done with 4k steps.
Day 3: my hips felt a little stiff today but got it done anyway! 5k steps and this workout.
Day 4: was easier to get through the workout today. I didn’t do as many steps because it was a rest day and I was lazy. I also started doing Lucy’s 7 minute arm workout.
Day 5: 6k steps, waist and arm workouts done
Day 6: 4K steps, I had a long day today and felt tired but I still got the workout done. I’m feeling some tightness in my right hip from the straight leg kicks probably and not stretching well beforehand.
Day 7: completed the last day with 5k steps. On measuring myself in the morning, I have lost only about 1/2 an inch in my waist but overall I feel like I look more toned.

I lost mobility, medium back...I usually did your workouts three or four times a week. Now, I need some back workouts to begin doing....i'm very sad....
