This is my FAVORITE cardio from Heather (well a tie between this and AMRAP). Short 20 minutes burned 170 cal! I loved this! Thank you Heather!!!

First of all, thank you Heather for another great work out. I’ve been doing Heather’s workouts for a while now and I still made the mistake of thinking a shorter video would be easier. Learn from my mistake y’all. I think this is one of the hardest cardio workouts on Heather’s channel.

I love these workouts! I would love to see more of the 60 min HIIT ones though! I keep repeating the same 3 and don't wanna shorten it down (love that they're a whole warm-up, workout and cool-down all in one)
